Guide to Making Reservations for Group Visitors to HiKR Ground

To ensure a safe and comfortable visit to HiKR Ground,
group visitors will be required to make reservations starting April 2, 2024.
Please
understand that admission of group visitors without reservations may be
restricted.
Please refer to the following guidelines.
◆Reservation
and Visitation Information
① Access
the reservation site (click the link below or search for HiKR Ground on Naver)
② Select
the date and time of your visit
③ Select
the number of visitors
④ Enter additional information (applicant’s
contact information, agreement to
reservation terms, etc.)
⑤ Complete
reservation
⑥ Present the reservation details to staff
members on the first floor before entering.
◆Note
on Reservations
•Reservations
can be made for a minimum of 10 people to a maximum of 50 people per group.
If
you wish
to make a reservation for more than 50 people,
please contact the information
center separately (information center: 02-729-9497~9).
•It is
not possible to make a reservation on the day of the visit,
so please make your
reservation at least one day before your visit.
•Please
understand that admission is not allowed if you are more than 20 minutes late
for your reserved time.
This policy is to ensure other visitors with
reservations are not delayed and can have a smooth experience.
•Please
make sure to check notices before your visit, as some exhibition spaces may be restricted,
such as for
maintenance, preparation for an exhibit, or other events. (Notices will be available
on HiKR
Ground’s website and Instagram page)
